THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!! To start off they have the dosage wrong on the first meds they sent, then they put an increase in dosage med on pause, and after further looking at my account they have lost most of my prescriptions, they are all heart related meds that I must take. Incompetence at it worst I would never recommend this service to anyone ever. The worst part is now I have get all my meds refilled and the refill times will be all screwed up

The whole process of trying to get my Rx filled has been a nightmare. I have been promised the items by a certain day twice now and it still has not been shipped out. They told me today that the item is out of stock. When I heard "Amazon Pharmacy," I was excited that I'd get my items quickly and efficiently. It has NOT been a great 1st experience...I still don't have my medical devices and no one can tell me when I will have them.

I decided for all the many hours I spent on the phone with PillPack dealing with issues, I could package my own medications. PillPack is constantly out of stock of common prescription and over-the-counter medications. PillPack is constantly messing up prescriptions refills and asking you to call around to get them instead of handling it themselves. Despite many attempts, I never received any leadership support for resolving issues of which Ive had several.
