TriFIT Wellness

I was used to an active, outdoor lifestyle, but completely at a loss as to how to build muscle in areas where I was lacking. I was also pretty uncomfortable in gym settings. TriFIT has been PRECISELY what I needed to gain both confidence and muscle! The instructors, Stephen and Alex, couldnt be more kind and encouraging - never making me feel like a burden with my multitude of questions! This has been by far my best fitness experience!

I joined TriFit over a month ago and I am loving this experience! The trainers make me feel welcome and take their time to give me attention, advice and most of all encouragement. The whole team is amazing from Trainers Steven and Alex to the owner Laurel. They really care about me the client and are there anytime for questions that I might have. This is coming from an overweight, over the hill, man with two knee replacements. This is the gym experience I have been looking for, for a long time. Bless you TriFit!

I'm in love with TriFit Wellness. Laurel, the owner, is so real and helpful; she will make you feel at home. The facilities are very nice and clean. The trainers are professional, experienced, and super friendly.

I have been with Trifit since the beginning and at this point they are hitting on all cylinders Although they offer much more than training, they have assembled a group oh three exceptional coaches in Steven, Alex and Aleya. I look forward to working out each day with a close and cohesive group of like minded clients who care deeply about each other and are genuinely concerned about each others welfare. Ultra high point recently was the celebration of my birthday. Small thing but certainly made my day. Thank you all Rick Shindell
