A truck rear-ended me on the highway totaling my car and leaving me with a serious concussion and a massive contusion on the top of my head. I knew immediately I needed lawyer to handle my case as insurance and hospital bills are confusing and overwhelming. And now I am their client and leaving one of those genuine, well-earned positive reviews. I am very grateful to John Kelly for hearing me out and taking on my case day one and walking me through this difficult process. John also set me up with a doctor, Dr. Dennis McCracken, who understood the nature of my injuries and provided the treatment I needed. I have recovered from my injury and the headaches from the concussion I was suffering from for months are gone. John also assigned Trent, an amazing paralegal, to be my point person throughout the process. Trent has been patient, available, courteous, and compassionate and has my thanks. Trent always answered questions that I had in a timely and efficient manner. Complicated injuries and cases like this take time, but I never felt abandoned or forgotten about by Trent and John throughout the whole ordeal. Its so much I want to say about my experience with Kelly Law Team but im going to summarize as best as possible. First off I want to give a personal thank you to Cliff, DeShaun, and Kayla. My car accident and recovery process was a very traumatic experience for me but their team did an excellent job at making sure I got all the help I needed and staying in contact on a consistent bases. There was never a time I felt as if I didnt know what was going on or what was going to happen next. Im sure everyone can imagine how reassuring it must feel to be able to work on yourself and your recovery and not have to worry about if your attorneys are doing right by you. I felt genuine concern and also I feel like I built a solid connection with solid people in rather unfortunate circumstances, especially Cliff. Just great people all around the board. If you want a team that will correctly represent your case and provide you with a more than satisfactory outcome choose Kelly Law Team.
