UPDATE 3-27-2024*** There still has been no resulolution to our case. Sweet James took our case passed the 24 month period then dropped us. In doing so they ran us passed the statute of limitations and I can now no longer even be reimbursed for the cost of my car. All parties have been paid out except for my family. Not a red cent. I feel like i need an attorney for my attorney. Well they wont care and the paralegal door over there is swinging....so do NOT listen to the paralegals and pray the other party has good insurance or youll end up falling through the cracks like my family has. Really sad that humans can treat other humans this way.
UPDATE *** my response to the responding person (owner) who states, "we cannot publicly comment on my case"...I BEG of you, as a CURRENT client (as of 9-2-2021) could you maybe PRIVATELY comment to me or my family? Emails, text and calls go unnoticed and unresponsive for weeks. We really don't know what to do now after almost 8 months...can we get a rental car? When will even a nickel come our way? Tomorrow or 2 years? We just need simple answers... and as the victims in this accident, I thought retaining an attorney was supposed to be piece of mind. Not in this case.

I would say stay away from this firm.
They are unorganized, uncooperative, communication is close to non existent. It started off great until I was told that they had settled since then only communication I have is if I call them and am provided no information and can never get through to some that actually handled my case. They don't even talk to the at fault parties insurance on your behalf they tell them to directly contact you which is unprofessional I thought thats what their services are for.

Would not ever recommend these attorneys to someone. They are a complete joke. Theyve already received payment from the other insurance yet they continue to drag on and add reasons why I havent been payed out. I was told they would take a maximum of 3 months and every time I call, there is a new reason as to why it will take even longer. I was told multiple times that my case has been expedited but there is never any change when I call in for an update. Dont waste your time with these frauds. Theyll put you through such an unnecessary roller coaster and it will be excuse after excuse with no resolution in sight.

DO NOT CALL HORRIBLE LAW FIRM 2 WEEKS FROM MY ACCIDENT AND NEVER DID ANYONE CONTACT ME THEN COME TO FIND OUT MY CASE didnt meet their requirements IDK WHAT MORE THEN NEED MY CAR WAS TOTALED FROM A DUI DRIVER STAY AWAY
