Premier Orthodontics on North Phoenix/Union Hills

Never come to this location they are not willing to work with you weather you are late or not they say on their ads when they put you on hold that they strive for happy customers and they know people have a busy schedule but arent willing to work with the patients in order to make them happy! Bad customer service at this location only! Ever other office is great customer service and friendly.

I unfortunately did not have my dental card on hand. I know that dental offices have the capability to look that information up because i have worked in a dental off before, However the conversation was so frustrating. I said that is fine ill go somewhere different. Hung up and was able to find another office to take my son and more than willing to get him on their schedule, also able to verify our insurance information with a name DOB and last 4 of SSN.

Jahaira Rios was so so helpful and answered all my questions. I went in a little weary being 31 with new dental work but she made me feel comfortable about it! Very accommodating with payment plans as well!
