I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, which was fine they weren't too busy. I was there to get the 2 pairs for $79.99 deal, and I was paying cash. I started looking at frames right away while I was waiting for my eye exam. There was only one rack of the frames that you have to choose from in order to get that deal. I looked at all of them, including the more expensive ones. Then I came across their clearance frames and actually found 2 pairs that I really liked because I was struggling to find any. They had them marked for $29.99. When my name was called, I went got my eye exam. The doctor was nice she answered my questions, and it was quick. Once that was done, I went and grabbed the frames I had set aside. I took them over to the woman who was going to be helping me, and I sat down. I asked her since I wanted 2 pairs that were only $29.99. How would that affect the price? She said it didn't matter that they were marked down to $29.99 they were going to charge me $69.99 for them. How is that right? If their going to charge me $70 for a pair of frames that are marked $29.99, why have a clearance section at all? I was finding their pricing very confusing for the different lenses and whatnot. The woman who was helping me did nothing to clear up my confusion. I was interested in getting possibly bifocals or a pair of transition lenses. I was interested in a warranty and getting a scratch protective coating. I ended up not getting anything but what you get with the $79.99 deal. I left there feeling disappointed. I really hate that. Especially when I know these are the last glasses I'm going to be buying for quite some time. She acted annoyed by my confusion and that I asked the same question more than once, but she never explained it so I could understand. I'm not stupid, so I really hate being made to feel that way. Next time I'm going somewhere else. I don't care if it does cost more. If you just want the $79 deal and nothing else and aren't picky about the frames, then sure, go here. It's quick and the doctors are nice. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere.
