        The glasses tracker kept saying my glasses were delayed and when I finally called them to see if they had an estimated date of arrival they informed me they had the glasses for 2 weeks already. No one called me to let me know they arrived and I just trusted the faulty tracker. When I picked up the glasses I knew instantly there was an issue and they told me I just needed to get used to them. Due to my job I didn't have time to "get used to them" within the guaranteed period. So now I wasted a lot of money on a pair of glasses to throw away.
