I normally don't give reviews. But today I feel I need to. I went to take 5 as I have been and my family and friends for years. Today was the worst and most disrespected I've ever been treated. I waited in line for one and a half hours. When it was my time to pull up the representative BRANDON guided me in my vehicle. He was guiding me with hand signals. We had a rough time. I couldn't understand alot of what he was asking me. It was loud and alot of traffic. So he ask me to pull all the way forward. So I did. I sat another 15 minutes waiting trying to understand why he ask me to pull forward. BRANDON finally approached my vehicle with horrible customer service and said you didn't follow directions as to how we need you to park your vehicle. So we will not change your oil and you can get off the property. This was absolutely unbelievable to hear Witness and be treated in this manner. I waited in line for 90 minutes to be disrespected. BRANDON was being very sarcastic, racist and smart. I ask for the district managers name and number. He refused to provide it to me. Made a smart comment once again and walked off. To be my age and to have someone that young talk and disrespect me was horrible. I felt discriminated. I'm asking for the District manager of this facility or your corporate office to reach out to me. I will be speaking to my attorney regarding this entire matter.

Great service, friendly customer service, the team working there worked well together. They got me in and out very quickly today. I'm definitely impressed. Thank you Take 5.
