Heavy-Duty Heroes

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of the Heavy - Duty Heroes for a move in which my belongings had to be moved into a truck, then transported to a PODS facility and loaded into a 16 foot pod for transport to Kansas. The process from ordering the move right through closing and locking the pod was seamless. The move was done professionally and quickly in half the time I thought it would take and therefore at 1/2 the cost I had planned for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any move you have planned.

So impressed by this company! We had them provide packout services for a client of ours. From start to finish they made every interaction an easy move. Showed up on time, fair price and excellent service from every member of their staff. Had multiple of their workers come up and shake my hand unprompted. Their professionalism has guaranteed Ill be using them for a long time to come!

You always hear about things going well. Here's an account where things DIDN'T go so well. Somewhere along the line a mistake was made and we experienced some damage to our belongings but HDH really stepped up. We're still a bit sad over the damage but objectively we have no complaints of the service, response and ownership HDH took in this situation. The world isn't perfect and mistakes happen but I have to say that HDH really put our needs as customers first. When looking for a mover we called a half dozen companies and really did our homework. HDH was really competitively priced but their face to face service, the time they gave us to quote and answer our questions (over and over) set them ahead of the competition. On the job: - They showed up when expected - They did the job in the estimated time, - They met their estimate and - They did it all with a smile. Bottom line: If you're looking for a mover HDH is a GREAT choice.

I called Heavy Duty Heroes via a recommendation from Acero Val Vista. They showed up on time and each of the 3 members were amazing. They were personable, professional, and careful. We moved from the 1st floor to the 3rd and there was never an issue about having to take the stairs. I couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. I will definietly be using them again when we move from our apartment.
