Hello please call our office so we can get more information on your review. We had you scheduled and you had postponed three different times because you were not ready to move. You had a lot of packing still left to do and we worked with you and rescheduled you last minute on three different occasions.The morning of your move, you wanted to reschedule again, because you said you hadn’t packed. We explained to you that we could not reschedule you the following day that we had a full schedule, we offered to come out and help you pack. We sent out two movers who were out there all day helping you pack a full 1700 ft.² home movers were tipped at the end of the move well and they appreciated that.As far as we know nothing went wrong with this move, so if you can, please call our office so that we can get feedback. We also have left several messages since she has written this review again no response we are asking her to please call us it’s very important to us that we get to speak with her about her review , we take this very seriously. We are a bit confused and concerned on why she would not call our company back, or would’ve called us at all to discuss such a bold claim.There are steps that we have that we can take to help resolve this if given the chance. We are sorry to hear your experience was unsatisfactory,can you please call our office Monday morning to discuss your claim. So we can help you, since we have no clue about this and only hearing this through your review.Also we ask customers to remove small items out of drawers and only leave clothing within. Due to smaller items falling out or slipping below drawers.Its happened enough times where customers have found items behind drawers or they fell out during shipment. This is why we recommend removal of smaller breakable items out of drawers.If we hear from you unfortunately there’s nothing we can do.We do thousands of moves per year and have an A rating. We have over 500 5 star reviews and unfortunately just like every moving company some are great and some have complaints.We do our best to resolve each situation when they arise, if given the chance.We have no reports as you are describing at all. If you could please call our office and ask for the general manager so we can verify your a customer and we can move forward with a investigation .There are 2 other companies with very similar names as ours and unfortunately we get reviews that we do not recognize and they turn out to not belong to our company. Again we looked in our database and searched for any claim like you are describing and there was no return of anything.We would love to speak with you to get this resolved.
