Awful. Savagely Understaffed early Sunday evening. I literally waited an hour for my food while one delivery driver after another picked stuff up for slackers wasted on gummies and PBR waiting at home. The doordash drivers were upset, too, as they suffered long waits. As did the people trapped in the drive-thru line, cars in front and cars in back with no way out. The homeless guy whose order was wrong and couldn't get a refund was upset. (He did manage to eat the entire order before he realized it was wrong, LoL!) Two people in the entire place are trying to make all these orders. Work the counter, work the drive-thru, expedite, make sure the delivery guys got the correct bags, deal with customers telling at them, while the poor woman assembling the food scrambled to keep up. And the online order machine just kept spitting out orders on green slips of paper. Whoever the manager is should get something printed out on a pink slip of paper. It was explained to me that everybody there was new. Sorry, not my monkeys not my circus. The manager should never have put two brand new people in there by themselves. When I finally got my food and got home I found out that my order was wrong, too. They gave me regular tacos instead of Del Tacos. I know because I weighed them and compared them to the listed weights on the online nutritional menu. (In other news, there is apparently nutrition in Del Taco food!) The chicken cheddar quesadilla is decidedly smaller than it was pre-pandemic. (We quit going there after the lockdown because their hours were so hit and miss that it never seemed to be open. This was my first foray back-and probably my last-since 2020.) Quesadillas are not only smaller, but the chicken no longer seems to be cooked in the kitchen, on the premises, but probably cooked instead in a corporate kitchen 800 miles away-or at least it tasted like it. Bland. When I tried to cancel my order after about 45 minutes and get my money back, they couldn't do it because neither of the workers there knew how to process a refund. Totally disheartening experience at what used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I don't fault the two valiant women trying to keep up, they rocked trying to do what they could. I'll always have memories.

There's really nothing exciting about it. Oh, and their app is a TOTAL scam !!! Parking: There's plenty of parking because there's usually nobody there.
