I ordered thru ubereats and received an enigma of a bag that had been taped down like fort Knox. Like chastity locked down, like a freakin force field. At least I know my ubereats driver isn't grazing. Lol epic.

Website says they close at 11pm.
Pulled up to drive thru at 8:50pm and all lights are out.
There were 2-3 cars in line and 3 cars in the parking lot waiting for their order.
Was told they were closed already

I absolutely love the flavor of Del Taco food however, this location is way understaffed as we can all imagine. Fritos are put together terrible and when you go through drive-through you still have to park on the side and wait 10 minutes. Very sad but I cannot blame them 100% considering they can't find a work force.

There was only two people working so we were told to pull around for fresh fries. We waited minutes before I went inside to get my order. When I went inside my food had been sitting. I received my food with extremely crispy fries.

They never get the orders right and they are slow . Customer service is not great either . Kept giving them chances cause they are the closest to my job but Im just done . They wasted my time and money too many times I wont be going back again. My final straw was when the car in front of me just finished placing their order I pull up and the girl said sorry but our systems are down were not taking any more orders . Not convinced at all . The 3 cars in front of me were waiting around the corner for their food STILL . So they could not keep up with 3 fast food orders so they decided to let the next customers believe it was a system failure. And not even a very courteous apology for the inconvenience it was more of a please leave tone in their voice . Like I said not worth visiting this place again
