Brunch Problems

My friends and I went to this place and order our drinks and food and had waited 40 mins to receive our drinks than our food didnt come out until 2 hours. This is very bad food service and the drinks were water down also the music was great but also very loud as if it is a club. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you wanna sit 3 hours just to be served.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing! We're in Phoenix for the weekend and have been eating out and this place was my favorite. Highly recommend!

We literally waited 2 hours for food that we never got. We sat down around 240ish, we left at 4:53. Only excuse that kept coming was the kitchen was backed up. 2 hours!!! We put in our food order literally 10 mins. When coming in. We finally had enough waiting & left. I've seen it way busier, way more packed then before & it shouldn't take an hour and 50 mins to bring food. We had a party of 4 & 2 of them 4 only order a 6 piece wing. Never again. We've been here plenty of times before, big parties & all but this set a bad taste & I think it was the last time for us.

Well, we went for Sunday brunch with a party of 7. We were seated quickly because we had a reservation. Of concern, we got our hearts and minds ready for a full menu, and well that wasn't the case. Sundays are their special soul food brunches. It is a very limited menu. This is fine, many places do stuff like this, however I wish that was communicated on the site when we booked the reservation. A few people in my party had some restrictions that could be accomodated by their full menu but not their "special" Sunday menu. Nonetheless, the food was pretty good. Per folks in my party the shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles were flames. I didn't really care for the Mac and cheese but one of my friends thought it was pretty good. Another friend said the greens were very salty. Unfortunately, the service was not the greatest. It took an excessively long time to get our drinks. Even with the limited menu it still took a very long time to get our food. Unfortunately it took our server an extended amount of time to come check on us once we received our food. And I feel like drink refills when you're out or almost out is pretty standard to inquire about, However we did not even get asked if we wanted more. Your girls were thirsty. The DJ and music selections were awesome. I'm giving brunch problems some grace and a 4 star review but this first time visit for me was really like a solid 3 star visit. I will return one day and hopefully be able to give 5 stars because it seems like they have potential. But, this visit was pretty disappointing. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were limited . You're average sides mac, yams, potatoes, etc.
