Got a streak taco with just steak and the shell was hard as a rock and the steak was like beef Jerry. Smaller portion then taco bell tacos. When I asked why it's so small the guy said they make all of them like that. I order 2 more tacos besides that one and the were normal big tacos with a normal amount of meat.

I've been to this location a few times and the food is usually very good. I had a couple problems here and there but it's the closest location to me so I stick with it. I usually get the carne asada fries and love them, but sometimes the fries are very overdone. I recently tried the shredded beef tacos and I was pleased with them. They were perfectly cooked and a great size for the price I paid.

In the rich tapestry of culinary experiences, every now and again, I stumble upon a thread that fails to match the vibrant hues we expect. Such was my visit to here. In a world where gastronomy often transcends borders, communication should be an asset, not a hindrance. The staff, while appearing friendly and warm, struggled with an immense language barrier. This created an uphill battle from the outset. Through the drive-thru, ordering 5 simple hard shell beef taco felt akin to playing a round of charades. Misunderstandings abounded, with "Carne Asada tacos" and "mini tacos" regularly being offered as what they believe I wanted. What should have been a quick, straightforward interaction spiraled into a near-farcical five-minute attempt at conveying my simple request. After a final total of $49.00 for what I'd assumed were five basic tacos, I had to recommence my linguistic dance with the staff as I knew it was wrong due to the price. Finally, with my order in hand, I hoped the food would redeem this initial communication calamity. Alas, this was not the case. To call the food unsatisfactory would be an understatement. Each bite was an invitation to a world of overcooked ingredients. The culinary tragedy of the burnt taco meat, reminiscent of last week's discarded leftovers, was a low point. Attempts to ameliorate its hardness with a dab of sour cream were in vain, the dismal taste refusing to be masked. The shrimp quesadilla was an enigma in itself. A heap of shrimp clustered awkwardly in one segment of the tortilla. While the shrimp had a decent flavor, the seasoning was heavy-handed, resulting in an overly salty experience. An underlying off-flavor hinted at a skillet that hadn't been cleaned adequately, adding another unappealing dimension to the dish. The only saving grace was the texture - cooked just right, even though the experience as a whole remained disappointing. In summary, this fast food restaurant offers a meal that is a study in disappointment, from the insurmountable language barrier to the distressing quality of the dishes. With an unsettling culinary journey that fails to justify the pricing, I can't help but feel that the establishment might need to revisit its commitment to customer service and culinary standards.
