If I could give 0 starts I would this place is the worst place ever horrible services no followup on anything i ran out of food and the clinical coordinator excuse was oh well figure it out yourself i cant even see the dr

Edit: I just watched them ignore me for an hour waiting for someone to help me out of crisis. No one in that office cares about anything besides them paycheck. The facility itself gives me anxiety. I told them for months that I needed different things like housing, therapy, medication refilled etc. They didn't do anything for months so I went in to solve my problems, had an anxiety attack and they thought I was in crisis because they wouldn't listen to me. I'm now on my way to an in patient facility to receive real treatment and plan to file complaints. They need to be shutdown. Period. I could've killed myself and it would've been their fault for neglecting my needs.

Absolutely terrible service. It took 6 phone calls to schedule an appointment. Every time I ask for something the person is either not there, on vacation or no longer works there. Or they send an email and nothing is ever done even with repeated phone calls asking for simple things like therapy appointments. The staff is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE FOR HELP WITH MENTAL HEALTH CARE, THIS CLINIC WILL ACTIVELY MAKE YOU WORSE.

Worst mental health facility I've ever seen and received help from. No wonder people are jumping from freeway.
