Sonora Quest Laboratories

Signed up for and bought two tests. Found space in my calendar to go to the lab. Fasted. Gave blood. Got results for one test, but they "lost" the other(?). I didn't even know that until I called to find out why the second test was showing up as "cancelled" in my results. Now they want me to go through all that again to get actual results for the second test. I won't be doing that and won't be using this lab for future needs.

Took my 9 year old here to have blood drawn for the first time. The MA, Whitney went above and beyond to make my son comfortable and he had a great experience because of her!

This was my 1st time going to this location and i am over all satisfied with entire experience. The lady that did my labs name was Karen and would recommend asking for her.. not only does she know what she is doing but made me less stressed out then wham !bam! thank u maam! She was done

Had an appointment. Checked in 15 min prior. Wasnt seen until an hour after scheduled appointment time because someone ready me by accident. And so I just watched people come in after me and leave before me for over an hour. No one was responsible but one lady was sorry.

No scheduled appointment. It was a walk-in. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The front desk was nice. The girl who drew my blood was awesome. Her name was Maria. Very courteous and professional. Thank you!
