        I had a bad experience at the banner hospital, but radiology dignity health was the worst of all of them. The surgent ordered an MRI for my wife to be done at Dignity radiology and she said to call them next to make an appointment. I called the next week to make an appointment they told me that we sent it to the insurance for approval we will call you. I called 3 weeks later they told me the same thing that we still waiting for the approval. Finally before my wife's follow up I called them for the 3rd time one of the customer services representatives told me that we didn't submit to the insurance for approval because we were super short of staff. The MRI order was sitting in their office for more than a month. They lie to me and didn't care about patients' conditions. Not recommended and I will never go there again.
