I am beyond grateful for ConXion and trainer David! This is a pwarm and welcoming environment that promotes positive well-being. David is a firm and fair trainer. He challenges you and he creates very well thought out workout plans! I am so impressed with how good I feel after starting my journey here. I am stronger and healthier, in my mind and my body. I really do not know what I would do without him!

I cant say enough good about David and ConXion. Great training, encouraging and positive environment. If you need a massage, David has the ability to zone in on problem spots and fix things unlike anyone else Ive been to. Highly recommend.

I've been training with David for over 8 years. His workouts are tough with positive results. Friendly, safe and clean environment. Small group teams are fun to workout with.
