Smith & Green Attorneys are 5 Star Frauds. I've never encountered a more dishonest lot. Not even in New York City where lying is a Sport! Rule #1 Never Trust anyone who claims to be a professional and doesn't use their full name. Black owned Business? You Kidding Me? I don't know where you got that lie from! But you need to give it back.

Very unpleasant experience. Mr. Smith office gave me poor advice in my custody case, this advice costed me $12k in penalties with the court. He was ill prepared for the an Emergency Hearing. Gave promises to have a conference with the opposing party, and he never did. Told him in advance, that they will deny getting exhibits, they did. Sent 20 exhibits, they delayed me in showing me what they had, only to reveal they did not have my exhibits 40 minutes before the hearing. No proof of sharing exhibits, but charged me. We were supposed to meet before the hearing, but he was too busy to respond, but was posting Facebook selfie photos daily... Met 45 minutes before hearing, and realized then that it was an Emergency Hearing and not a Trial. Asked for months for an itemized bill, 6 months later, received and of course it said that I owed him money... He was also over an hour late for our initial consultation. After the hearing, when he was showed up by a self-represented, barely GED graduate, gaslighted me, when he was the one that was ill prepared. He only did one thing correct, he sent an email to the school that was violating my Civil-Rights. Still seeking my retainer back.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. My lawyer James Green was absolutely amazing!! I hired him to represent me with an employment discrimination case.
