        I'm having a hard time sharing my experience as I hired them from Google search thought that they had do much experience with DUI'S that they could help me from a Charge in if you can believe from 2017. Problem Judge says one thing, ADOT says another, I had a car accident that had turned to be a nightmare. Being a NURSE I can tell by injuries that this woman was not wearing a seat belt. I asked her as when I had turned to my ok and it was clear where she came from because the road was clear she said the Circle K. My vech damage does not match the incident. ANYWAY I have hired this group told it was a flat rate, gave them a percentage and have heard nothing back. Except the court date was changed, I have no clue as to what's going on except from what my insurance has told me. I thought maybe they would discuss my situation? Nothing , also with all the DUI experience they say they deal with I asked if they could help with that hot told No! At this point I'm not sure where I stand except according to my insurance she's suing me "go figure", it would be Nice to know that I've paid for a service and know someone has my back.

      Thank you for the positive review! I am glad you appreciate the severity of what was at stake and understand that each case if fought differently to achieve the best outcome. It may not sound like that outcome is a good deal until you hear what the prosecutors first came to the table wanting. The prosecutors these days at very tough to work with and it is not automatic anymore that better plea deals will happen. The soon you hire us the better chance we have at getting the best results.       Cindy, we are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience and appreciate you reaching out so we can make this right. I checked the file and our team has been in contact with you since this post and am happy to hear we are working on resolving your issues. Unfortunately, we did not get any phone calls or texts to our group message prior to this google review to help explain the issue you are encountering. Since you have been represented by out firm for approximately 2 weeks, there is limited information available to us until we get deeper into your case other than when court dates are being scheduled. It is typically around the 4th week where get the police reports, 911 calls, body camera videos, etc. After we receive this information we have to review it and look for legal or factual issues, which is a good thing for you. Early on in every case, we do send you a video explaining that it takes time to get cases dismissed or solved with the best result possible so we appreciate your patience while we do what we need to do on our end to get you past your criminal situation. It is best to contact us directly via the group chat or phone call so we can give you updates as anything coming from the insurance company is likely not going to be helpful since they do not handle the criminal side of the case. The same is true vise versa that we are not going to be able to help you with the insurance side of your case but only the criminal side. Again, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make this right and please feel free to reach out to us directly with any further concerns.
