I was dissatisfied in their entire process(except salesman, he was proficient) The office couldnt keep things straight, I had to call multiple times to get simple information. They said they would show up for appointments and did not. One time three reschedules. No shows. I eventually took my work elsewhere, but they kept the deposit for their troubles. (I spent just shy of 10k for the work they did do over the time worked) In addition, when going elsewhere I received the same work planned, with friendly install staff, for about 1/5.. yes 20 perfect the cost. They may have expenses in unnecessary and unhelpful work functions. That they pass to customers. Personally, I do what I say Im going to do or inform otherwise.

Made our yard look beautiful. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but they walked us through multiple options. Showed us a 3d rendering before starting and completed the job in a timely manner. Zee and the team always follow up to make sure everything is working out. They replaced a few plants that died for us in the hot summer.

AZ Copperscapes crew is excellent. They were able to work within our budget to give our front yard a refreshed and open concept. We will use them for more projects down the road. The attention to detail is one of a kind!

Id like to thank AZ Copper Scapes LLC for a job well done! It was a little overwhelming to move into a new home with just dirt in the backyard. I drew up a basic plan to the best of my ability which included hardscape, gravel, turf, plants and trees. I have to say Zee took my thoughts and provided a new drawing which kicked it up to a new level. He really tuned in to what I was trying to express even down to the plant and tree selection. Being completely new to the area his knowledge and guidance was greatly appreciated. Id also like to give a BIG thank you to the crew. They carried the plan out to perfection and were very accommodating to any questions I had. I cannot wait to see my backyard when the plants mature!
