Everyone at TWD is amazing!! Chris was the first guy that helped me....he was awesome! He answered my call while he was out of town. Cory, CJ and David assisted me during my delivery (shout out to Jeremy, went out of his way to deliver). I'm a contractor from Denver and new to Phx. I shopped at 3 other places. I couldn't have gone to a better place! These guys are awesome!! Their prices for the quality of product are the best in Phx. This was my first artificial grass install. They took time to help me with any questions I had after product was bought and delivered... as a contactor that's rare to find! I ordered elite 80.. great product!! My clients are very pleased. Highly recommend! These guys are awesome, excellent customer service and they do a great job explaining all the different products they have to offer. Very knowledgeable. They even showed us how to install the grass ourselves!

I hate writing bad reviews but hopefully it helps what happened to me not happen to someone else. I purchased 900+ sq ft from CJ last month , we worked out a cash deal discount and while the manager was creating the invoice he didn't include the discount twice , but no big deal we caught it and fixed it before I left . The problem was he over estimated the amount I needed to cover my backyard , I brought my measurements in and the manager looked at them and drew his on drawing on how we should lay it out and how much we needed .The problem is he over estimated by 90 Sq Ft of the Elite 80 oz at $2.50 a sq Ft that comes out to $225 . We talked to CJ about this , Cj said they would buy It back for $50 , LOL. We went to a lot of Synthetic grass store in the valley and the ones that been in business for a while for a while like the synthetic grass store wanted to make sure we didn't have that much waste and they would make cuts to help reduce it . Cj and his team didn't do that , they could of cut us smaller pieces to fit our back yard but they didn't . All my friends love my grass and I shared my story will all of them . I tried to help the new local company and it bit me in the but . Update response : David , we gave you our measurements you then created your own measurements on how much we would need and suggested how we should lay it down to make it fit . As soon as we received our delivery we laid down in the back yard we then cross referenced with the drawing you gave us with YOUR measurements , thats when we first seen this problem , you gave us more than both our drawings required . Your rolls come from the factory in 15x17 , we received 3 15x17 and one 10x15 roll . We had waste from every roll which was expected , we didn't expect to use only a 10x6 piece off of a 10x15 roll , the piece we have is one solid piece , its not little clippings of the edges . Your math was wrong , you led us to believe that the amount we bought was the amount we needed. The 90 sq ft is one solid piece that we cut a 10x6 piece off of . You want to make it right ? Give me my money back for the 10x9 sq ft piece . Lety

Amazed of the quality of turf seeing that they had the lowest prices around. Got my turf delivered within 48 hours as promised and will definitely be recommending to others.
