We Fix Ugly Houses

We attended the home show to look for a contractor to install new windows and doors. We submitted a request for someone to come out to give us an estimate and explain WFUH's process, etc. We were contacted within a day or two and the salesman came out a couple of days later. He was very knowledgeable, explained the products we would be getting, took measurements and gave us an estimate. We had a few questions about the job, called the salesman and he responded immediately and we were satisfied with the answers so we met him a day later and signed the contract. Everything went well with the installation and we are very pleased. If and when we do any additional work in our home we will definitely call WFUH to discuss.

The work looks good but I have been trying to have them come out for some warranty work for the past 3 months and they have stopped answering my calls and emails. Their follow up and customer service is very lacking.

we had this company do a bathroom remodel for us last July (2018). the project manager was poorly organized and not very communicative. We had a jacuzzi tub installed and we have been trying to get the owners manual and warranty information since then but have yet to get anything other than excuses. 9 months to get that paper work is ridiculous. We have called only to find that many of the people we talked with that were "working" our request no longer work there. I would not recommend them in the future. I called again today but the phone rings and rings with nobody answering and no voice message capability.
