I had brought my ankle bracelet to be repaired. The end of my bracelet had extra links, originally. When I got my anklet back, the extra links were gone!! When I asked for my gold they said I didnt need it. I told them I wanted the pieces and they said they fixed the broken anklet. I paid for my gold and I would prefer to get it back the way it was originally made. I felt bombarded by the two people and left. But now Im here writing my review

I took my watch in to this place for repair a few years ago. I needed the crystal replaced and 2 pieces replaced that sit between the face and band. I was told 1 week. Several weeks go by, no update. I go in and she told me it wasnt finished. I told her I would like my watch back. She said the jeweler brought it home to work on it lol. I was confused then began to complain, her boyfriend came up to the front to diffuse the situation. She went to the back and after about 10 min came back with my watch, with all 3 pieces replaced with the wrong parts. The crystal wasnt even the right width. The pieces were literally jammed in to fit as well as they could but she is just a low quality jeweler with a low quality attitude and reputation. Take these reviews serious, you can save yourself time, money, and frustration.

Loretta and Phillip are great. I trusted them with the repair and redesign of my wedding and engagement rings that are 49 years old. They did a wonderful job and my new jewelry is absolutely beautiful!
