Very impressed with their service. They kept me up to date on arrival time. My technician Glenn was here last week to install a toilet and fix my faucet. He showed me several options and prices and that was the price I paid. No surprises or add-ons. Glenn was very pleasant to work with. He came back today to do something else for me. I will definitely ask for Glenn if I have anymore plumbing needs. ....Jan
