I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of service on their AC system. They gave us a free second opinion on a quote we received to install a new condensing unit and furnace / air handler. The previous company's quote was cheaper, but Penguin offered so much more, AND financing.
Once they confirmed our units needed replacing, the technician sat my wife and I down and went over all different brands and options, recommending us the best for our budget, and different financing options since having your whole system replaced averages at least $10,000.
The first company came in a few thousand under Penguin's quote, but Penguin doesnt have any surprise add-ons that other companies do. Part of our ceiling had to be removed, but Penguin schedules a contractor to patch it up like new. Any additional supplies that might've been needed we're also covered at no additional cost. They also supplied a portable AC unit while we waited a day for the install.
The install crew was also very fast and professional. They had the entire job complete in just 2 and a half hours. They cleaned their mess and left the old units on the curb for a same day cleaning crew to pick up.
