Kaleb arrived on time for my Spring AC service. He replaced the surge protector as old one had burned out. He also installed a Start Assist which should add to the life of the AC unit. Kaleb was very professional and explained things in detail and with pictures. I will continue to use Benefit Air. Service: Repair HVAC

Service was fine. Ive been with them for fifteen years, but, a supervisor came out this time, told me i needed a valve replacement in one A/C unit. He said the valve was covered under warranty, but the cost of replacing it was $2400 plus some other service fees that were about $175 . I asked how long it would take and was told 5 or 6 hours. Quick math tells me thats about $430/hr. When I quizzed him about that he said its a big business with lots of costs, so thats what it is. In my book, you charge $80 or $100 an hour, thats fair, not $430 an hour.
