My company hosted a large event on March 4th and the president of the organization we were hosting it for flew down to be a part of it, so we paid for his stay at this Embassy Suites. We paid over $400 a night for he and his wife to stay here. The first night, they didn't have ANY running water so they couldn't even use the bathroom in their room. The second day, they had no hot water so they couldn't even take a hot shower before the event. Obviously, this was frustrating enough and an embarrassment to my company, so I called the hotel manager to make it right. He promised a refund and that would have been good enough for me, but no refund ever came through and they have done nothing to make it right. Furthermore, upon additional attempts to contact the hotel, the manager has never been in and every other employee throws their hands up in the air and says they can't help. At this price point, this kind of frustration and lack of customer service is just inexcusable. I will continue my pursuit of the refund, but at the moment I cannot recommend more strongly that you stay away from this hotel and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at any hotel. Clean? Absolutely not. Family Friendly? No. Sanitary? No way! My pictures attached is just a small look into what we had to live in for a couple of days. The hot water in the shower didn't last longer than 5 minutes, the carpet was coming undone, the vents were dirty and moldy and when we turned on the A/C, there was dust/debris that came out which cause my husbands asthma to act up so bad we left the next day. Our bedroom view was a tall brick wall with barb wire on it and it literally smelled like stained cigarettes and mold when it should have been a non-smoking room. We had our 3 little ones with us and this was their 1st experience at a hotel because we were there for a Baseball tournament and it was the worst experience ever. We will be disputing our charge with the hotel so we can be refunded. Not sure how this hotel is up to safe & sanitary hotel expectations. The pictures they show on the website does not look anything like the hotel rooms in person. We had over 10 families stay in this hotel and everyone had the same horrible experience.

LITERALLY ZERO STARS but it won't let me give it zero stars. This property was an absolute nightmare. In my 30 + years of traveling and staying at many Hilton properties all around the world this was hands down the absolute WORST! The hotel was filthy, outdated, and in major disrepair. The only redeeming qualities was Courtney at the front desk and the two chef's for the breakfast. I would absolutely NOT recommend this property to anyone! It's in a very unsavory part of town where there were lots of vagrants and drug users around the property. This propertt has some sort of a contract to house homeless or low income families. Hilton should have been more transparent with that information because it would have been helpful in my decision to stay at this property. There was drug usage by the long term residents happening right next door to us and the fire alarm went off at 0200. There were children running around the property. We definitely did not feel safe the entire time we were there. I called the Hilton Honors line and they got us a different room but even that room was subpar. Overall a very disappointing stay! DO NOT STAY HERE!
