      David,Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our Spa heater sprung a leak and we are at the mercy of parts and install from an outside vendor. We truly are sorry that this had a negative impact on your stay, but we are aware of the situation and once that part comes in the heater will be fixed and back up and running.

Our heater sprung a leak and we have been waiting for the part to arrive so it can be fixed and the Spa back operational. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused on your stay with us.
