        My Jewelry was stolen In ER!This Hospital did NOTHING about it.Its sad that they steal from patients. Management does nothing!Why don't you guys check cameras?!Investigate? Do something about it! How come no one is held accountable?I will be filing with Police!

        HORRIBLE experience. I had a family member here and was treated Horrible by a night nurse in pavilion 2 floor 4 after recovery. She refused to help my loved one with using restroom or clean up. My loved one just got surgery the night before. If she doesn't like to help people you should work somewhere else. You should be ashamed of yourself to call yourself a nurse. To anyone reading this please watch your loved ones. I hope she is fired because this is unacceptable. I will never go here again and will prefer Banner. At Banner the nurses are nicer and communicate better. If you don't believe me read all the bad reviews .

        Once you get past the construction going on, the care within these walls is phenomenal. All the nurses helping with my mom in Pavillion 2 third floor are just the best and caring people I have had a chance to know. Thanks for taking great care of my mom so far. You are truly a blessing.

        My special needs nonverbal adult daughter was transported to Honor Health Deer Valley ER. I did not ride in the ambulance in order for us to have transportation back home. So I provided the EMTs with information about my daughter for the transport. I arrived at the hospital and did as told- enter the ER front desk entrance and provide my name and patients name. I did as directed. Michelle the front desk worker informed me I had to wait. I proceeded to tell her my daughter was nonverbal and a special needs adult. I also informed her that the conservatorship document is on file. Michelle continued denying me assess to my nonverbal special needs adult daughter and added I can ask the security officer and they too will not allow me in the back. Michelle indicated that its policy but failed to show me the policy. I must also add she was laughing the entire time while conversing with me. I have filed a complaint with ADA regarding this.
