Compassus

A nightmare from day one. The company has not had a nurse on our side side of town since my husband started service. Every week it's someone new. Everything we needed required a follow-up phone call including pain medication, oxygen & breathing treatments for 02 sats of 70%. If I didn't call to remind them to fill his medication or send oxygen, it didn't happen. I've repeatedly requested info on life alert bracelet...never heard from social worker. My husband (the patient) took a nasty fall Saturday night requiring fire department to lift assist. Nurse came out & cleaned & bandaged his wounds. Never heard from anyone in days that followed. They just don't care

I can't honestly say that this is more than a hospice or palliative care this is a family. Everyone on the team makes the patient and their family's number one with integrity, respect, love, compassion, and empathy. Knowing that someone will care for your family member as if it is their own makes the biggest difference! I tell everyone about Compassus!!!!

Horrible hospice. No bedside manner uncaring nurses and staff. They dont even know how to change catheters. Just want there patients overly medicated. Stay away from this cult!

They do not believe in chronic persistent Lyme. Im dying and they want to just send my off to a psychiatrist. If you have Lyme, I guess die at home with no spiritual or any support. They think Im crazy. I seriously doubt God exists after all of this.
