This is a home health company and not a facility they are about average as far as Home health goes But dont pay mileage for all Nurses and 4 to 5 hundred out my pocket for gas was too much But had caring nurses and staff for most part

Palmeria Home Health located on 123 E. Baseline Ave. Didn't like rhe interview, they switched the job's on you really quick . Don't apply here they judge your size and color, I've already filed an Civil Rights Division Complaint with The Arizona Attorney General in report against this company, but they haven't reached back out yet, still waiting

Oh my goodness! Poor phone etiquette! I called to get information regarding home health, and and woman by the name of Roni or Ranni answered the phone. I proceeded to ask questions, and it was obvious she was rushing me! She pretended she couldn't hear me. My father has Medicare, and I know home health's prefer Medicare! Well she lost this patient! I told her that I noticed she was pressed for time, and she raised her voice at me and said "YES!" She wasn't giving me a chance to explain myself! She raised her voice, and asked me what is that I want! Do yourself a favor don't take your family members to this place!

My experience with Palmeira was amazing. The staff I worked with to help take care of my father was wonderful. If I had any questions or issues I could call or text at anytime. They tried to make sure that I had all the supplies I would need at all times. They would call the night before with the time that they would be arriving at the house. The nursing staff I worked with seriously are the best! They didn't just care how dad was doing they cared about how I was doing. If dad was feeling under the weather they would call or text just to see how he was doing. So a big shout out to Danielle. She was with me from the very beginning to the very end. Jo started working for Palmeira about a month after all this started and she went up and beyond. Honestly I don't even know the right words and I can't thank these people enough for everything that they did. If you want people who actually care Palmeira is the place to pick
