It has been a pleasure to invite Sonya as a part of our family and an integral part of our care team for mom. Sonya displays thorough knowledge of elder care and specifically dementia care. She is an excellent communicator and listener. Her ability to not only keep mom busy, but to keep the conversation going is a tremendous asset. She has a deep understanding of redirecting when necessary and how to get through periods of agitation with patience and kindness. My other team member Hannah epitomizes the word dedication. It was a tougher match for she and mom at first but Hannah asked good questions on ways to bond with mom and was eager to master the relationship. She is so genuine and kind with mom and they continue to bond each week! Both of my team members allow me to go about the day knowing mom is safe and in great company. I am grateful to Emily and the team at Griswold for their skills in matching the right caregivers to our needs.

I was so pleased with the Griswold agency. Emily did an in depth interview to determine my mothers needs, took detailed notes then sent Hannah out to care for my mom. She showed up on time, had exactly the right skills to care for my mother and communicated well with me. Lets just say Ive been so happy with the care my mom received. Steve K

So thankful for Griswold home care!!! We needed help for my mom and dad after my mom had a fall and surgery. Emily and Dustin and the whole Griswold team were so great to work with and were so helpful. They were caring, kind and professional. A special thank you to Dorothy for her care!!
