Very unhelpful staff made me call back numerous times to confirm they received a referral that was sent three times by the PCP. Once finally located, we were told we cant access them or pay cash! Such a waste of time and inefficient processes. It would have been nice to know many calls ago it was all a waste of time. Best part was how little they cared and how quickly they hung up the call to ruin someone elses day. Find another option. (I cant imagine the services would have been any better than the intake experience!!)
Btw they only take Medicare and Optum. Cash, apparently, isnt accepted.

Bobby Kagan was the physical therapist for my mother-in-law Rosa. Bobby cant thank you enough! You were always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. You were demanding and knew how to get the most work out of Rosa! Shes doing great! Thanks again!

Both Michelle (OT) & Steven (PT) were amazing. Very encouraging but no push-overs. They shared great ideas and assisted so much in both physical recovery and mood. Would love to use them again if the need ever arises.

My Assisted Home Health nurse Susan is very professional and very kind. She does a great job taking care of my wounds.
