      image The cities need to stop granting build permits to a company that cant keep employees, has one construction super for multiple communities in opposite directions across the valley and doesnt have any quality control reps. The cities dont even have enough inspectors to keep up and seem to just be passing any home - even when the builder didnt follow their own grading plans submitted. You wont get your pre-closing punch list items fixed, it will get pushed to 30 days, then your one year, then never at all. Everyone that works for this company is completely inept with no construction experience. Choose another builder! Service: Home building
