        This business is one of the Has Been businesses so prolific in today's construction businesses. Yes, they have built some beautiful homes... in the past. However, the past is the past. Now that the son, Andrew Todd Rutledge is running the business, you can see that the business is no longer what can be described as a "premiere home builder". He now is partial owner of Grayhawk restoration which is a massively disorganized company who's hired amateurs and don't pay the people who do services and supply materials for their jobs. Utter disrespect and disregard with a very hostile and argumentative nature. I would strongly recommend neither working with or having work done by a company having anything to do with A. Todd Rutledge. With so many companies to choose from in the Phoenix valley... choose one with a good reputation that is current. Not one that is riding on the shoulders of days gone by when the patriarch was at the helm.
