If this is the Great Clips on 7th Ave and Orborn, I had the worse customer service there also. I scheduled an appointment thru the app. I arrived 5 minutes early, waited for 20 minutes and the lady that was checking in people took a person that was 200 minutes late before me! One other customer left cause she was skipped over too! This happened to me twice at that location. Never again will I go back or recommend that particular location to anyone. 1/2 star..

Did online check-in with an hour wait and still had to wait another 40 minutes. They serve their friends before anyone else. Very sad.

Had never been to this location. It was close to my place. Tried to sign in online but said it was unavailable. Drove there 30 min after they opened and apparently i was 8th in the que. No one else was in the lobby so they took me...awesome, no wait, great hair cut, in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you so much!!

We had a haircut family day! The ladies were great 4 haircuts back to back. Thank you for your great customer service and the wonderful haircuts! Everyone loves how their haircuts turned out!
Cynthia was wonderful with my adult son with Autism. We will continue coming back!

I had my haircut at a different Great Clips, and the new place knew my name after they looked up my number. The stylists listened to how I wanted my haircut. Good job and good prices.
