NO SAFE PLACE . YESTERDAY NIGHT SOMEBODY CUT MY BROTHER LOCK AND PICKED UP HIS BAG WITH ALL HIS SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS AND CAR KEYS. POLICE CAME AND ASK FOR CAMERAS THEY TOLD THEM NO CAMERAS IN THE GYM. THAT IS CRAZY. HE IS PAYING A LOT OF MONEY AND THIS PLACE DOESN'T HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS.PEOPLE WORKING THERE JUST SITTIN AND ANYBODY CAN ENTER TO DO WHAT THEY WANT .

CHANGE WEEKEND HOURS FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SHOULD BE OPEN UNTIL AT LEAST 9 .. SMH I REGRET SIGNING UP HERE DUE TO THIS I think the gym is well maintained and clean. However i didnt realize the hours on friday, saturday and sunday are all limited and they close early. They are open unil 11 through the week but saturday they close at 8? Ive heard multiple members complain about this and wish they would just keep it consistant because clearly its packed with enough members every saturday until told at 730 that its almost close time.

I would just like to say how awesome the Phoenix Bell Esporta gym is at Bell Road and 32nd St., and the people are what make it. First of all, when you walk in the front door you get greeted by cheerful happy people that just brighten up your day. Usually the Operations Manager, Heidi, and the front desk greeter, Mindy, are there with encouraging cheerful smiles on their faces. The few times they are not there you will be greeted by equally nice and cheerful Abby and/or Cesar. After you are greeted, you will see that this gym has all the equipment you will need to do the things you need to do to keep yourself in good shape. They also have really nice people there to train you if you need training or to just answer questions you may have about the equipment. Then there are people around keeping the entire gym clean so you don't have to worry about getting sick. They also have wipes all over so you can wipe down machines, again so you don't have to worry about getting sick. They have a full court basketball gym and a full court dance studio along with all the machines. I've been to other gyms and the atmosphere here is just so friendly that it is absolutely the best place I have ever been to work out. If you are looking for a gym, and live anywhere near this gym, I would highly recommend this as your workout place. When you go say hi to Heidi and Mindy for me. They have this gift of being make you feel like family, you will know what I mean as soon as you meet them. I just can't say enough good about this gym. Have a great work out!
