        Sophia is awesome! No resting between rounds! Hector, Nick and Arron won't hurt you but Hectors dog might lick you! Vicki and the girls at the desk are so nice! Great vibe at Title Ahwatukee!!

        I started this gym yesterday and I was nervous about never doing any kind of boxing training before but this truly is a judgment, free environment and the trainer. Nick made me feel well at home like I have been doing this for so long if youve ever been considering joining this club I definitely recommend you do it you will not regret it.

        What a class, what a workout! Focus on technique and contact and make sure you get a full workout in. Highly recommend giving it a shot even for beginners wanting to learn!
