        For years I have been an OTF fan. After a several year hiatus due to having kids...work...life...it feels great to be back in a meaningful way. I always feel my best when I am consistent at OTF. The coaches are fantastic, the atmosphere is encouraging and motivating, and the workouts you cannot beat. I get all I need in that 1-hour workout. As always, Thank you OTF!!!! I'm BACK!!

        Great gym, lots of equipment and efficiently arranged to maximize opportunities. Lots of programs for new or retuning gym users and the staff is always willing to provide some feedback.
