We have a KokoMo grill at our new home and it would not work so I called KoKoMo grills and a technician was sent out to make repairs. David made sure everything was done right and quickly. I would recommend KoKoMo Grills to anyone looking for an outdoor kitchen or barbecue. K Gray

I bought a 20,000 + outdoor kitchen last year, my tv went out 3 months ago ( they said it wasn't covered under warranty)and my bbq pit is having issues for the past month, did the troubleshooting they said to do, put the claim in, called numerous times got a voicemail or a service person or manager not available (for 3 weeks & going) Very unacceptable behavior from a business (from a home show) that claims they stand by their products and customers , beware

What a wonderful experience working with Braydee Shaw! My husband and I met Braydee in late April at the Phoenix showroom and needed time to measure and get HOA approval before purchasing. Any questions we had, Braydee provided dimensions and answered. A couple weeks later we made sure he was going to be at the Prescott Valley Home Show, where we bought an outdoor kitchen set and fireplace. Along with an additional bbq island for our second house.
