I took the self defense class with Jenny and Danielle and it was fantastic. They were so friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and felt comfortable the whole time. I loved the class and would 100% take another class from them. They were awesome! Im so glad I got the opportunity to attend the class with them.

I had a great experience in my self defense class. Being an all women's class with female instructors really made me feel seen, and changed the class environment to one of the most warm and accepting spaces I have ever been in. Will definitely look into taking adult taekwondo classes in the future!

Took a beginner's self defense work shop and loved it! The instructors are great, very knowledgeable and welcoming. The class was so much fun and I look forward to seeing what other events they host in the future

Great place for kids, masters and coaches are great, awesome place overall. They have helped and been patient with my kid on getting comfortable with his classes.

My daughter and her cousins have taken the taekwondo classes here for the past year and theyve all learned so much and grown more confident because of the amazing instructors, Danielle and Jenny. - I personally have taken the Women-led Self Defense class and had so much fun! I left feeling strong, confident, and empowered at the end and would recommend this place for both kids and adults.
