        First they are very responsive. I got my first stretch yesterday with Brian. I am a former paratrooper and marathon runner. Bad back, knees etc. I told him don't be afraid to push me. He was excellent. Very communitive and very professional. The place was clean well kept and the staff was friendly. I will be a regular customer.

        I seriously love this place! I used to get massages before I tried stretching, and it gave me minimal relief. After the intro stretch I did for 25 min, I knew I needed this in my life. I’m a trainer and work out regularly…but my stretching compared to an assisted stretch is a whole another level. My muscles are lengthening more and I am becoming more flexible-in addition to alleviating soreness and pain. I highly recommend Jessie, but they are all fantastic there. The best part is that the place has a great energy from the moment you schedule to when you arrive. If you are regularly physically active, you need this in your life!

      StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Arcadia offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
