As a previous standard gym customer, I dreaded working out and the monotony behind it, but since finding Desert MVMT, I schedule my days so Im not missing a class. The atmosphere that has been built and the community that works, and participates, in this gym make you excited to workout and bummed when you miss a day, like youre missing out on hanging with friends! The playlists are fire, instructors each offer their own tweaks to classes, and the amazing women behind this studio even incorporate locally owned business through small markets each month. Please take this as a sign to try a class here; you wont regret it!

Love this place! Its the perfect opportunity to de-stress, move your body, and fill yourself with gratitude after a long day. Workouts are tough but you always leave feeling better than when you started.

Came for class, stayed for the community (: Alex and Sara (owners) have done such an amazing job curating the best classes, events, merch and community. All of the instructors are wonderful, caring, and motivating. They truly have a class style and level for everyone! Ive never been committed to fitness and now Ive been a consistent 4/5 time a week class taker in the year Ive been at DM. Its a place you look forward to going to! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!

One of the best studios in the VALLEY! They have something for everybody... classes build well rounded strength and the instructors and music are AMAZING!! The space is amazing too! What a VIBE
