Do you guys need a buzzer for your drive thru at night? 9:30 PM on a Friday again ignored at the drive thru now spending my money somewhere else. Pay attention! Or maybe pay people enough that they'll work for you.

I want to give them 5 stars because they didn't really do anything wrong, but because they are so short staffed I waited for so long before I was helped. It's not really their fault tho. The coffee on the other hand, the coffee was HORRIBLE and that IS their fault.

Placed and paid online for order pickup. I arrive and despite a sign on the door saying the dining room is open, the doors are locked. I get in the drive-thru line with 5 other people to wait. When I finally get to the window and give my name for the order, the worker reaches over gabs my food from next the the register. It was sitting there long enough to be COLD! Highly annoyed, I drove off without checking my order. And of course, the order was missing items. My favorite part? The sticker on the bag that says Double Checked By... obviously no one at here did their job. I'll be disputing the charge.

Del Taco is one of my fast food weaknesses. This location is like a lot of others right now - very understaffed, and no dine-in, so the drive through can be long and slow. They mixed my order a little bit and I also had to go back for the sauces, but the food is always fire. Can't live without that del inferno.

After waiting in not a long line (1 car on front of us) but a very show one (about 10 mins or so - they were taking orders and filling them before taking the next order), we were not given the bulk of our order (they forgot to give us a bag). The lobby was closed, and the phone number goes to a fax machine, so we had to wait in the line again. We got our bag, and then discovered that of the 5 non-drink items, 4 of them were wrong. Again, we had to wait in the long line. When we explained that our order was incorrect, we were told that they couldn't remake them because they were too busy. I advised them that they made them incorrect, it wasn't that I ordered incorrectly, so they would need to either remake it or refund it. They agreed to remake them. When they brought it out, one of our items was STILL wrong. Unable to get anyone's attention and not willing to waste yet another 10 minutes of my time, we left.
