Great customer service! After asking a few questions about different earpiece styles they also helped me order the one that would fit my radio. I got my order a few days later no problems.

The most unprofessional and blatantly ignorant customer service Ive ever received. I order parts for a certain model and didnt receive the correct parts.... When I called I explained this and was told that They didnt have the requested part my model... I went and verified what I needed was on the website like I had seen and ordered from. Once confronted with this it didnt matter. No offer to help rectify the issue or solve the problem to move forward .... sales rep was a Nadine and the supposed supervisor was Tom complete unprofessionals. And wouldnt recommend.

Have placed 3 order with this company so far. Each order was for a hard to find portable radio part. Antenna, Mic and so on. Each time they have had the item in stock and at a very reasonable price. They are super quick to process your order so you receive the item quickly. I only ever have to wait a couple days.
HiTech Wireless also has great customer service. I have called in to verify the part I wanted to order and each time the sales person is incredibly helpful . I will continue to use HiTech Wireless.
