        Went here with a colleague late at night. The cookies were good, but not sure how fresh they are. Felt like they were just reheated in a microwave. With that said, i had a craving, and they hit the spot. The staff were friendly, even though there was a bit of a wait.

        Had one of these cookies at work thought it was a great cookie. We ordered some for my guests. The delivery was very very late. The store said they were just too busy. The cookies arrived some clumped together and others in pieces. They were not the cookies that we ordered and they tasted awful. Some tasted as if the ingredients had not been mixed well. Others were so hard and chewy that you could not consume them. So disappointed. When we called to lodge a complaint we received excuses... They kept stating, "we were Busy"... It is so unfortunate that they have a good product and that their quality control and management is what is hindering their success.
