So happy they opened a GoldenSpoon close to my office! The service is great and the frozen yogurt is delicious. Toasted Marshmallow is my favorite :) The staff is new and they are learning, but they are so friendly and are doing a great job.

I visited this location with Lanese B. Although I understand lack of training, you should not be hiring personnel in a customer service job if they dont have customer service. It was more than lack of ice cream training. They didnt not greet us nor did they ask if we had questionsthe basis of customer service jobs. And if you are going take the responsibility of their lack of training then lets not make excuses for why it was that way. And this walking phase that you are speaking of, there should have been some form of tenured people or leadership there. Plainly put.

Ive been to Golden Spoon in east mesa on multiple occasions. They always have provide excellent customer service, plus there toppings are fresh. This location has the worst customer service. These girls are rude and dont know how to swirl a cup of ice cream. They dont give a military discount either. I will never come back to this location.

I really enjoyed the experience here! Friendly employees, a clean environment, and good customer service! Even though the employees were obviously kind of new to working here, they seemed to be learning quickly and any potentially problematic issues you could chalk up to nervousness.
