Risas Dental and Braces - Phoenix West

I got to the braces appointment right on time not one minute late and checked in. I waited over 45 minutes until I started to fall asleep and everyone else that was being called in had arrived after me. I had to go and ask at the front desk just to find out that they had skipped and forgot about me! This is not the first issue Ive had at this dentist office. I have been very patient and nice when they forget to call me to schedule and appointment and when they forget to call me before coming in to my appointment to tell me that they still dont have the part for an implant. Or them trying to charge me for a balance that has already been paid for. Or them not verifying my insurance correctly and trying to charge me $900 instead of $200 because my insurance does cover the procedure needed. I only come here because its close to my house. It is very annoying and inconvenient. Im sure it happens to everyone that comes here. Its happened to me multiple times and Im barely writing this review.
