Had a great experience. The dental highgenist was really nice. The dentist was great as well. They made me feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. I felt at ease in their care. They have great plans for people without insurance.

I just want to share my experience. I'm 41 years old and I've never had the luck to meet such a good dentist. The best of my life. He took one of my teeth and I never felt the recovery. It was so fast. The best dentist in all of Az.I recommend them 100% and the prices are the best in the valley, also the secretaries and assistants are very kind

While the office exterior looks grungy, that is not a big problem. Because that is just how South Phoenix is. I am also not worried much about how they cancelled my appointment twice, with less than a day's notice, even though I scheduled it weeks in advance. Because that's how doctors are: if THEY are late/miss that is fine, but if WE are late/miss we get charged, and we just let this happen. My biggest complain, however, is that they lied to me to charge extra for the periodontal cleaning (not fully covered, and you pay partly out of pocket), even though I only needed the regular 6-month cleaning (fully covered by insurance) When I went there first time, they did all the usual (x rays, the periodontal charting, etc.) and then the lady in the office gave me a really big scare about how bad my charting numbers were and how my teeth were just on the verge of periodontitis. She said I have to go for 3 monthly periodontal cleaning from now onward for the rest of the life. I trusted her, but I couldn't believe it. My teeth never ache and I don't even bleed when I floss. I am veganish person who don't even eat hard foods and brush/floss regularly. Receptionists are great and professional, the doctor is as usual (nice, but too VIP to be seen by us mere mortals), but that lady in the fancy office just felt like a scammer. Anyways, I went with first periodontal cleaning (this is where they usually numb the area to clean deep into the gums). Paid out of pocket a couple hundred bucks, only to find out from the dental hygienist (who was great!) that it is not that bad at all, and I'll be ok with 6th month cleaning. Anyways, I switched to a different dental office now. They did the usual (x-rays, periodontal charting) and my teeth were just ok! The worst charting number was a 4 because I have missing premolars on the top so there is a lot of gap there. And they said I only needed the (fully covered) 6 month cleaning. In gist: Avoid these people!
